Sun Chaw Wong Soy Sauce is a high quality product that uses only Non-GMO soybeans and wheat flour, salt and water and is produced using a natural fermentation method for 3 months to over 1 year. This naturally brewed process results in an aromatic soy sauce that has a deep rich flavor that works to enhance the flavors of your favorite dish. As a result of our natural brewing process, our soy sauce contains natural nutritional proteins, or amino acids. The presence of these amino acids in food acts a natural flavor enhancer, reducing the need to use MSG and other artificial flavor enhancers. Our soy sauce products are certified safe from carcinogen 3-MCPD, free from hydrolyzed vegetable protein, MSG, artificial colors and preservatives.
